CycleBar is the world’s largest premium indoor cycling franchise — a brand built on high energy, community and the belief that the ride is always better together. When CycleBar made its move into the Australian market, it needed a digital partner capable of operating at franchise scale while delivering studio-level personalisation.

Launching a franchise brand in a new market is a multi-layered challenge. You need to attract investors and franchise partners. You need to generate founding member sign-ups for new studios. And you need to do all of this while building brand awareness in a market that doesn’t yet know who you are — against established local competitors who’ve already built their communities.

Every studio launch is essentially a new business launch. And they all needed to happen in close succession, with consistency, urgency and impact.

We built CycleBar’s Australian digital strategy from the ground up — starting with the core brand assets and expanding into a full multi-channel launch machine. Franchise & Investor Campaigns

Dedicated campaigns targeting prospective franchisees and investors — a highly specific audience requiring targeted messaging, compelling ROI narrative and precise digital targeting. These campaigns supported studio pipeline growth at the national level.

Paid Social Media — Member Acquisition

Studio-level paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram driving founding member sign-ups, trial offers and new member conversions. Each campaign was localised to the studio’s suburb and surrounding catchment area
